Ken was saved on a missions trip to Haiti in 1967.  He was called into full time ministry in 1971, and interim pastored two churches.  He then began pastoring Emmanuel Baptist Church in Indianapolis, Indiana until 1989, when he was called by God to the mission field with Dr. Demarest. In 1990, Ken became a member of the First Baptist Church of Milford, Ohio and interned there for seven months. He then moved to El Paso, TX where he helped start the printing ministry for Bearing Precious Seed, International in 1991.

I feel that due to the calling God put in my life to pastor and to be a missionary, I know first-hand how important it is to have a Bible and to see that others have one also.

Bonnie was saved in August of 1973 at First Baptist Church of Milford, and she has been a member there since that time.  She worked a bus route for eleven years and also taught Sunday School. Her desire, from the time she was a child, was to be a missionary, and due to circumstances in our lives God put us together to serve Him on the mission field.  We thank God to be helpmates together for His service and His glory.

My wife and I are Bearing Precious Seed Missionaries.  We go into churches and present the Bearing Precious Seed Ministry.  Our responsibility is to raise money to buy paper to print God’s Word.  Our area is the Southwest part of the United States.

We have 8 children, 20 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren. They live in Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, and California.
