“So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

In the summer of 1999 Carlos had a burden for Chihuahua City, Mexico to spread the gospel to the whole city. We had a phone book from that city and so we started out mailing to each address in the city a Born of God book, the book of John and Romans and 2 gospel tracts. Before Carlos went to be with the Lord he had me promise that I would finish the phone book. Well, three years later and 50,678 envelopes finished, I have finally completed this promise. Early in 2002 the Mexico government more than doubled the price of each envelope to be mailed. We kept doing the envelopes and I sent them to El Paso where they are waiting to be mailed when the funds come in. I could keep up until the big increase in postage. Each envelope to mail is anywhere from $1.50 to $1.61. I praise the Lord that the bulk of correspondence was complete before the change. THANK YOU are two powerful words that I want to say to everyone  who helped address labels on the computer or by hand, churches and family who helped financially, children and adults who stuffed the envelopes and BPS and Fellowship Tract League for all the literature. When the family of God works together much can be accomplished. PRAISE GOD AND SHAME ON THE DEVIL!
